Gundog Development is located just outside of Spring City, Tennessee on the eastern edge of the Cumberland Plateau. Approximately an hour and a half from Chattanooga and Knoxville, the operation currently serves clients from across the southeast and as far away as Alaska.

Situated on 170 acres of both fields and woods surrounded by several thousand acres of managed timber and forest land, Gundog Development hosts a variety of cover to handle all bird hunting and training situations. This environment allows us to maximize a dog’s potential using our training methods, equipment and, most importantly, extensive bird contacts. Clients and visitors are welcome at any time. Appointments are not necessary but are recommended.

Prairie Shooters Club is a facility specializing in clay bird games. The facility has two skeet fields, one overlaid with a trap field, and the other is a lighted 5 stand that uses the two skeet houses, five additional throwers and a tower machine for night shooting. There is also a Quail Flush that has three elevated platforms that offer a variety of targets, a double wobble range and a twelve station sporting clays course which is now open that has easy to navigate trails, whether on foot or cart. Costs are kept as low as possible with profits going back into course and facility improvements. Many targets are easy to break, helping to keep new shooters happy. However, there are some challenging targets to keep the experienced shooters happy also. Open year round, Prairie Shooters does not require a membership to shoot.

Feather & Fly are the expert professionals in fly fishing, small & big game hunting, wing shooting, fine shotguns, rifles, travel planning and guide services. Feather & Fly is a full service outfitter and Orvis Top Ten Dealer.

CC Partridge Patch is a licensed hunting preserve, providing quail, partridges, deer, pheasants, and ducks for your hunting enjoyment. Bird hunting dogs and guides can be furnished if desired. Training your bird dog can be done also using our birds.

Noontootla Creek Farms is a private farm located in North Georgia not far from either Ellijay or Blue Ridge. At NCF you can expect the fly fishing to include trophy and stream-bred trout. Quail hunts take place in our fields adjacent to the trout stream and are carefully scheduled so as not to conflict with those who want to fly fish at NCF. The general season for quail hunting at NCF is January through the end of March.

Jeff Johnson Timber Frames, Inc. is a small, owner-operated timber frame company in the southwestern mountains of North Carolina. We operate with a staff of experienced timber framers who enjoy their craft and love the woods they work with. All are members of the Timber Framers Guild and take pride in the tradition of the timber framing craft. Owner Jeff Johnson is an avid outdoorsman and helped to found the Smoky Mountain Chapter of the RGS.

The Archery Barn is a Full Service Archery Pro Shop located at 6382 Georgia Road in Franklin, NC. The facility features Indoor Archery Range 26 Lanes, Outdoor Field Range, 3-D Range, Pop-Up 3-D Targets, and coming soon an Olympic 900 Round. Hours are: Monday-Friday 8-7* (*Monday Night Barn Shoot 7pm Cost - $5.00 - Food & Drinks available), Saturday 9-6 , Sunday - Closed.

The Ruffed Grouse Society (RGS) is an organization whose members are mainly grouse and woodcock hunters who support national scientific conservation and management efforts to ensure the future of the species. Our organization headquartered in Coraopolis, PA, employs a team of wildlife biologists to work with private, and government, including local, state and federal, landowners who are interested in improving their land for ruffed grouse, American woodcock and the other songbirds and wildlife that have similar requirements.
